What happens when AI stops being a separate tool and starts becoming a participant in how your organization works?
Organizations are rapidly adopting AI, but access to models is not the limiting factor. The harder question is how to give AI controlled access to the data, documentation, definitions, systems, rules, and organizational knowledge it needs to actually understand the enterprise.
This session explores the shift from building data platforms toward building context platforms: environments where humans and AI can work with the same trusted organizational context.
We will explore questions such as:
What does an AI system need to know to work effectively inside an enterprise?
How do data, documentation, semantics, metadata, business rules, and technical environments become usable AI context?
How should access rights, governance, and organizational boundaries work when AI can interact with all of them?
What changes when prompting becomes part of everyday knowledge work rather than a separate AI activity?
Where should organizations standardize and structure first—and where can AI handle ambiguity?
Is this really a technology problem, or increasingly an organizational and working-culture problem?
The session approaches the problem from both directions: from technology and architecture upward into the organization, and from business needs and human work back down into systems and data.

About the speaker
Marek Daifi is a Data Engineer with 12 years of experience working with data platforms, integrations, architecture, and enterprise data systems. His interest has increasingly shifted from solving individual technical problems toward understanding the systems around them: how technology, information, people, and organizational structures need to change together.
Who is this for?
Anyone trying to understand how knowledge work and organizations change when AI becomes part of everyday work.
You do not need to be deeply technical. A useful way to think about the topic is:
“What information would your best technical or business expert need access to in order to do their job well? What would it take to make that same context safely available to AI?”
The session deliberately moves between the business and technology perspectives, connecting architecture, semantics, knowledge management, governance, organizational culture, and agentic AI.
